Meriden Anglican School for Girls – A Master Builders Award Winner
The Meriden Anglican School, Strathfield has been awarded the ‘Excellence in Construction’ award in the ‘Private Schools $15,000,001 to $20,000,000’ category for their Tennis and Arts Centre.
NBRSArchitecture partnered with Quasar Constructions, providing the concept design for state of the art recreational facilities, including an indoor sports facility with two internal multi-purpose courts and two external rooftop courts along with a weights training room, change rooms and amenities, specialist teaching spaces, and staff facilities.
Director Geoff Deane, and Project Architect Jon West from NBRSArchitecture attended the Master Builders Awards night on Thursday 24 November, which was held in the Great Hall in Parliament House in Canberra.
Master Builders’ National Awards are divided into several categories. Nominations for the housing and commercial/industrial categories are submitted through State and Territory Master Builders associations. The State and Territory Award winners in their nominated categories) become finalists for the National Awards and are judged accordingly.
