Mosman Design Awards
We are excited that the Taronga Institute of Science and Learning has been recognised alongside a range of high-quality entries in the 2019 Mosman Design Awards. The awards are an initiative run every two years by Mosman Council to celebrate outstanding contributions to the built environment and heritage conservation in Mosman.
Located within Taronga Zoo and overlooking Sydney Harbour, the Institute is a new benchmark facility. The Institute not only contributes to the Suburb’s built environment but enables the Zoo to lead the way in conservation globally.
Taronga Conservation Society believes in a shared future, where wildlife and people don’t just live together, they thrive together. The first of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere, the Institute supports this vision by enabling Taronga to expand capabilities in conservation science, research and learning.
