NBRS ARCHITECTURE Health Advice: Covid-19 (Novel Coronavirus)

NBRS ARCHITECTURE Health Advice: Covid-19 (Novel Coronavirus)

Mar 17, 2020 | Posted by NBRS ARCHITECTURE | News |

NBRSARCHITECTURE is committed to the welfare of our clients, staff and the broader community and is therefore taking a proactive stance in regards the latest developments in the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19).

We remain vigilant in our adoption of the latest Australian Government advice as it is regularly updated, but otherwise we are working towards meeting the needs of our valued clients and progressing their exciting projects. We know these projects will ultimately deliver life changing environments that are so important to the community and our practice.

Visitors to the Office

If you are currently experiencing cold like symptoms, respiratory illness or have a fever then we ask that you do not attend our office and instead make arrangements for alternate meeting modes.

Meetings and Travel

We encourage the use of technology, where possible, for remote attendance at meetings.

Office events, project meetings and other business meetings will continue as required, however, everyone is encouraged to re-consider the need to travel.

Any person who has recently travelled to a country of concern or has been in close contact with someone who has travelled to such a country, will not be hosted at our offices unless they have completed a period of post-travel self-quarantine.

Our staff will not be attending large public gatherings for work.

Please adopt appropriate actions for meetings i.e. social distancing and alternate methods of greeting to hand shaking.

Personal Hygiene

We require all visitors and staff to be thoughtful about their own health and safety by taking simple steps like washing your hands or using hand sanitiser upon arrival at the office, before and after attending a meeting and at regular times during the day.

Safety is our priority and we ask for co-operation in observing these measures.
